Outline:
The design of the
package of Saga Nisshiki is very high and paper quality of the pack
is very good. Moreover, concerning environmental issue, they do not
want to use glue or tape for packing. So far, difficult to machine,
box packing and folding of the package of Saganishiki has been done
only by hand. We worked on making automatic box packaging machine
after discussing with them "mechanization of this manual work."
Over six months, a test, adjustment, and investigation were
repeated and the machine which can do box stuffing work which
inserted in by hand was completed. It receives high acclaimed high
reputation from the customer that "this is only mashine in the
world"
