 IFT**8 automatic burner controller can be directly used to start and detect the burner running. Ionized flame detection or UV detection can be adopted, or the operation mode can be that both ignition and detection functions are combined into one electrode. This controller itself does not have purging control, therefore can't be used for purging or purging the systems which are controlled by other systems. With the use of high-power ignition transformer, the burner with combustion air can be ignited directly; it enjoys local switching and remote resetting two modes. The controller application with reference to the European Standard EN**8 design of gas.

5.Ignition cable: <5m (temperature resisting high-voltage line).

Detecting mode: both ignition and detection functions are combined into one electrode or two of the electrode separated control.

Attentions:

1.The power cord shall be fixed, and live wire L and zero line N shall not be connected error in order to prevent equipment damage.

2.The solenoid valve and ignition transformer shall be driven by AC**0V power source, with max. output currrent 2A and each output current no greater than 2.5A.

3.Combustion indicator contact(terminals ****4) and ignition failure signal contact (terminals **9): max. current 2A, max. voltage: **3V.

4.Max. working voltage of UV flame detector:**0V, without internal fuse.

5.An independent detection cable is used and in the protection of plastic cable pipe, shall be separated from the main cable in case of remote control, to prevent electromagnetic interference.

6.In case of UV detector, the 7# terminal may not be earthed.

7.Terminals *1 and *2 have been parallel connected inside it.

8.Installation: *5mm U-shaped rail can be used, width **3mm, height *5mm and depth **0mm, distance of two installation holes on the base plate.

9.When a signal electrode is used, the 7# terminal of the burner and controller must be earthed in order to prevent equipment damage.

*0.Before power supply, the two fixation screws on the automatic burner controller must be screwed down.

*1.The secondary ignition operation shall be done in *0 seconds after the alarm red light is on , to prevent overload damage.
