Product Description

Working principle:

Put certain amount of matrix net inside the working chamber which surrounded by screw coll. The power of AC is transformed into DC excitation power by silicon rectifier control system. The matrix is magnetized after the coil turn on. And it will be create non-uniform magnetic field on the surface of the matrix*-high gradient magnetic field.When the slurry pass through the matrix inside the working chamber, the magnetic matter will be absorbed by matrix and the non-magnetic matter will be pass through the working chamber, then the magnetic matter will be separated from non-magnetic .

The flow recycle include two part, one is working stage, another one is flushing stage. It is automatically control by PLC which prepared in cabinet. Go round and round. So this magnetic separator also known as cycle type magnetic separator or chamber magnetic separator.

Working stage: After turn on, the matrix inside the chamber be magnetized, and the slurry go from pump*-high site tank*-through the working chamber from top to down(or from down to top).When the slurry pass the magnetized matrix, the magnetic matters in slurry be absorbed on matrix.

Flushing stage:after a period of time(the time can be set as per material),before the matrix full, shut the slurry valve and emptying the slurry remain in the chamber, then shut the excitation power and stop the magnetic field, start the high pressure washing water, at the meantime start the vibrating motor, so the magnetic matter which absorbed on matrix is discharged from working chamber to waste exit.
