DESCRITION

1. This machine is mainly used for efficient automatic polishing narrow granites.It uses resin grinding discs and has the characteristics of high efficiency,high automatic program,low labor intensity and others.It can be used in place of hand scrubbing machine and is the preferred device of processing manufactures.

2.This machine`s beam is of integral type,solid structure,small floor space,increased dead weight and faster and smoother plate grinding;Omron PLC is used for the electrical control system and large color touch screen on which the working conditions of the machine can be displayed and all parameters can be set is used;New gearing down structure enhances the stabilities of the the conveyer belts and beams during moving;unique pneumatic system can accurately control polishing and grinding pressure and smoothly control the rising and falling of grinding head;a full-automatic oil supply system is used for mechanical lubrication to reasonably lubricate all transmission parts of the machine.
