Introduction

The automatic pick and place machine TP **0+ is a mini-type high speed and cost effective pick and place machine.
The TP**0+ can mount components ***3 and bigger as well as SOPs, SOICs < *5x*5mm, PIN foot < *4.
In addition, the TP**0+ equips *2pcs of 8 feeders (electric feeder 8mm, *2mm, *6mm,*4mm can be chosen),
The Z-axis can route freely.

Main Parts:

1. Step motor with an angle change function: TP**0+ can mount *5°, *0°,**0° angle component.
2. Dual Parallel square-type wide guide rail: Compared with a balling guide rail, the guide rail has a small space to ensure the precision accuracy.
3. Visual + machinery position system: The camera is placed near the mounting head, which has a magnifying  ' + ' cursor for a more accurate reference point.
4. No-contact flying centering system: Flying centering system can mount most of SMD components including: ***3, ***5, ***6 etc and SOPs, SOICs with a size under *5x*5mm and PIN foot less than *4.
5. Flexible reference point system (RPS): Next to the standard round reference point, a square formed and ring formed PCB pad with hole can be identified as a reference point as well.
6. All-purpose automatic feeder: Choose one of the 8mm, *2mm,*6mm or *4mm feeder according to your component type and your required speed.
7. Protel file of component data import: The Software control with limitless data file and saving function, that you can call them at any time if its needed.
