Vessel Volume ***0 Litre Operating pressure max. 1.2 bar Voltage According to customer’s requirement Color Blue • Stainless steel vessel insulated for heat retention with steam chamber below the vessel; • Stainless steel perforated plates with 0.3mm venting to allow optimal steam distribution from steam chamber to pre-foaming vessel; • Precision PLC programmable controller and touch screen are used for full-automatic production as automatic material feeding, electronic weighing system, temperature controlling and photo-electric level controlling; • Automatic material feeding equipment and electronic weighing equipment are used. Accurate weighing system can guarantee exact raw material dosing; • Close pre-expander tank with double venting outlets is used for even pre-expansion in constant temperature to ensure high heat efficiency and steam saving; • With precise control valve units ensure accurate temperature controlling at ? 1˚C and uniform beads pre-expanding with low moisture content; • Photo-electric level controllers control the volume of pre-foaming material and even density with tolerance less than ?3%; • The machine is equipped with fluidizing bed. The process of drying, fluidizing, de-lumping and conveying to the ageing silos is automatic; • Star feeder device facilitates the transport distance and no deformity of unstable beads; • Capacity depending on type of raw material used: (Based on the European fast cycle materials).
