Automation hen breeding equipment.

Automatic hen breeding equipment including: cage shelf, crib, automatic feeding system, automatic dung clearing system, automatic egg collecting system. illuminator system, automatic water supply system, aeration-cooling system, controller.

Heating system and egg storeroom, egg transport system will be as the extra system choosed by customer.

This integrate system has two types, one is amphitheatre,(A type: the highest is 4 layers),another type stack-up (H type: the highest is 8 layers)

The size of the hen cage should be decided by the length of the pheasantry, the length of the cage shelf is ***0mm,the layers can be decided by customer,the single side of the each layer has 5 cage doors. And each cage door can hold 4 hens, thas means the 4 layers in a group can hold **0 hens.

As for the pheasantry (the size:L**0W3.5H3.8meter),we can choose the 4 lines as a amphitheatre, each line  can be form as *1 group ans 4 layers. thas means can feed ****0 hens, and also we can choose the 5 lines as a stack-up, each line can be form as *1 groups and 4 layers, thas means can feed ****0 hens

Figure1:equip two egg collecting machine on the head end of the line. it can transport all the egg from the cage shelf.

The egg collecting machine collect all the eggs and transport them to the conveyor on the crosswise.
