This project is aimed at making “air leakage prevention area” (a mixture between isoprene rubber and 6 different types of gluey material) through the special processing technology (Independently developed non-conventional type of flow-line production system for painting glue), it fills up the domestic emptiness for coating the inside wall of air-leakage prevention tyre, we have obtained national patent for this technology.   The technology of bullet-proof, leak-proof and prick-resistant tyre is another vehicle safety-guarantee system right after the seat belt, safety airbag and ABS, it’s leading in the world and initiated in China. This technology was awarded by the title of “China famous brand” and “China well-known brand”. We got some more patents since from we got the national patent first time in Year ***8. On 2nd Apr of ***8, we got the national patent which is for the safety tyre with function of prick-resistant, bullet-proof, leak-proof as well as its manufacturing process and leak-proof material.   Our products passed the 3C certification and got the official inspection report issued by inspection center who inspecting the quality of police-used electrical product.
