Operating
Procedure:
i.Put PE film on the
material feeder and the adjust the swelling device.
ii.Pulling and guiding the
film into the seaming device through the edge-folding device by
manual.
iii. Feeding the elastic
ring and guiding it to the ultrasonic seaming machine, avoiding
the elastic ring springback(Return to the normal
condition)
iv. Switch on the ultrasonic
seaming device as well as the main motor gradually and
slowly.Than make adjustment of the seaming rollers’ pressure,
which can be used to seam both ends firmly.
v.Adjusting blade place for
ensuring the accrate cutting place of the products.
Attention:
i.Ultrasonic seamer must be
switched on earlier than the main motor, avoiding burning out the
ultrasonic seamer due to overburden.
ii. Raw materials should be
guided to the seaming mould by manual while switching on the main
motor for ensuring normal production.
iii. The
pressing wheel’s force should be medium. If it is too large, the
ultrasonic device will be burnt out. To the opposite, it can’t be
pressed fiormly.
iv. The pull of elastic ring
should be balanced, otherwise it can’t
be folded well.
v. All bearings should be
checked regularly, including the lubricating oil.
vi. All
parts’ pressure, such as seaming and
cutting part, should be adjusted properly for reducing the whole
line’s load.
Maintainance
1.Checking the blade
regularly and make maintainance on time if broken.
ii. Checking the seaming
rollers’ condition and adjust the
pressure properly to the minimum degree for guaranting the normal
seaming.
Iii. Checking all
feeders’ swelling on time for meeting
the requirement of normal production.
iv. The pressure of the
blade should be medium, otherwise the blade will be rubbed and
touched.
v. Adding lubricating oil
into the bearing for the pressing wheel and checking its running
and normal condition.
vi. Checking all parts
running condition regularly and whether it runs normally or
flexibly.
