BWF automatic backwashing self-cleaning filter contains reducing motor, filter housing, cartridge wedge wire screens (wedge slot tubes), differential pressure meter, PLC controller, control box, draining valve and so on. Liquid enters from the bottom, goes through the inside to outside of the SS cartridge wedge wire screens. The impurity is trapped inside, the differential pressure (DP) between the inside and outside increases when the particle accumulates. When the DP reaches a scheduled value, pressure meter sends out a signal to the control box to start the back-washing process. DSF Disc self-cleaning filter contains pneumatic source, spring-loaded disc, filter housing, wedge screens, differential pressure meter, PLC controller, control box, drain valve and so on. Side entry and side exit. There is only one SS wedge wire screen placed inside of the filter housing. Fluid goes through the inside to outside of the cartridge wedge wire screen. Particles are trapped inside. A particular design uses a cleaning disc to clean the filter screen. The filter can mechanically scrapes collected debris from the filtering screen with a spring-loaded cleaning disc driven by pneumatic power moves up and down the screen parallel to the liquid flow, then purges the solids from the filter. The debris are collected at the bottom of the housing and drain out from the drain valve at the bottom of the filter. SSF automatic self-cleaning filter contains speed reducer, filter housing, wedge wire screen, scraper/brush combination cleaning system, pressure meter, PLC controller, control box, draining valve and so on. Scraper/brush combination distributes evenly from up to down of the central axis which contains stator, PTFE scraper and spring. The spring provides reasonable compensation pressure, minimizes the abrasion to filter scre There is only one SS wedge wire screen placed inside of the filter housing.When the axis turns, the scraper/brush system rotates accordingly and purges the particles on the filter screen. The debris are collected at the bottom of the housing and drain out from the drain valve at the bottom of the filter.
