Control Principle:

SH-TD type tension sensor drive roller generates material voltage signals to US**0 MTA through a pair of installed in the drive rollers, collect signal will be quick logic compared, calculus calculation and analog circuits processing though LSI circuit by the controller, then it will output a pulse signal or analog signal to drive the executive component of CDBRs (e.g. magnetic powder brake/clutch, frequency converter, servo motor torque, torque controller, etc.) on, off and speed shifting though amplifying circuit, thus to keep the material(film, paper, etc.) wrapping and unwinding at a constant tension state in the automatic control systems.
