Ball pen Refill Assembly Machine (It also called Eight-Course-Machine), It was designed and made according to China market, which the basic function is to assembling the four parts (copper tip, steel ball, ink and plastic tube) of ball pen refill together.

The working procedures are:

1.     Joining: Joining the copper tip(ball pen tip) with one end of plastic tube.

2.     Cramping: Pressing the corresponding part of plastic tube to the sharp of butterfly in order to position the spring.

3.     Filling ink: Filling the right amount ink into the plastic tube.

4.     Fitting: Fitting the corresponding steel ball to the pen tip.

5.     Close up: 2 procedures to close up after the ball entered the pen tip, that is to ensure the ball not fall from the tip and make the pen written fluently.

6.     Filling and Stamping: Filling follower to the end of plastic tube in order not to let the ink overflow then stamping.
