I.GQ introduction:

      1.GQ Model Tubular Separators  are suitable forlow solid content slurry, less than the weight of the separation of immiscible liquids, pharmaceutical, food, chemical, biological products, beverages and other products necessary equipment industries.

II.Working  Principle:
    GQ:Granular souds with high density settle down on the inner wall of the bowl gradually to form residue layer and then are discharged manually after the machine stops. The liquid clarified flows out of the liquid outlet at the bowl’supper.

  III. Tubular separators range of applications:

       1.Medicine (plants, animals extract) separation:the separation process directly affects the Chinese herbal medicine (including plant extracts, animal extracts) end-product quality. Extract some of the polysaccharide, protein, pectin, soap, and some can not be removed using filtration fluid insoluble impurities, and residual fine particle extraction process, etc., can be applied to pipe separator for separation.
        2.Food industry: vinegar, spices, oil refining, fiber in the fruit juice, pectin, insoluble protein, the removal of impurities such as residual pulp, chicken of the separated pigment separation, crystal salt dehalogenation, sugar honey off , health impurity, the separation of yeast and other materials.
