The 2 sets of ball fiber machine is running all the same time to achieve enough capacity. Put a whole bale raw material of fiber into the bale opener which will be transported to the ball fiber machines separately and automatically controlled by PLC control system. The whole line can be handled by only one operator working at the filling tables. First of all set up the producing time from the control screen according to the ball fiber size required; note that the longer time the smaller size.
