whole line is assembled with ball fiber producing unit, fiber
transporter, fiber mixer and one piece of mini pillow
blower.

application material is conjugate hollow siliconized polyester
fiber that 7D /*5D and *4mm /*1mm length is the best material
choice.
The
ball fiber size can be adjusted by the producing time that
already setup in the control screen that the bigger ball fiber
size, the shorter producing time, in opposite that the smaller
ball fiber, the longer producing time.
The
different material feature usually affects the ball fiber
quality.
