1 What panels can this machine produce

 JQT Series Lightweight wall making machine take industrial ash and slag, fly ash, coal gangue, pumice, shale, haydite etc of one or more, add a certain proportion of ordinary cement, expanded perlite as raw material, you can add 1.**4mm low carbon steel wire in the wall panel as support strengthened material.

2 The feature of this machine

  •   The principle of this machine:

      There is a series of spiral blades in the molding cavity formed by the the extruder's side walls,vivration plate ,scraping plate and the pedestal,the blades rotate as the required direction,continuously push the dry and hard concrete which is mixed evenly,compounded suitably under the vivration plate and scraping plate ,plus the constantly vibrating by the vibrator,it will make the powder concrete compressed to tight,the slurry in the material will be extracted at the same time,so the original panel is formed in the molding cavity,the original panel will generate the reverse thrust to the spiral blades in a state that almost can't be compressed,when the reverse thrust is greater than the friction generated between the molding cavity and the original panel,the entire machine will be pushed forward.The final panel will be formed when the original panel troweled through the side walls and the scraping plate. 

  • About the easily-worn parts:

 Spiral reamer, edge template, vibration plates, hang hooks, guiding reinforced mixture device etc easily-worn are surrounded by hard alloy welding, enhance easily-worn parts service life extremely.
