BESTCOPCO OIL-FREE SCREW AIR COMPRESSOR

Due to the screw in the process of compression, the whole host’s lubricating, sealing and cooling are all by water to complete, therefore, BESTCOPCO are really the no oil compression.

1) The structure without lubricating oil: the machine all systems have no oil participation, our lubricant is water, therefore it can be able to provide users with very clean compressed air. Operation and maintenance costs is low (no air compressor oil, oil fine separation core, oil filter ).

2) The ideal isothermal compression: because of the water cooling performance is much higher than the air compressor oil, the machine running temperature is only *0 ℃, closing to breath temperature, and achieve high efficiency ideal isothermal compression.

3) The real environmental protection products: since no lubricating oil, also there is no oil pollution, all parts are the antirust materials, such as stainless steel, copper alloy, ceramics, carbon fiber, etc; High precision water filter can ensure lubricating water to keep clean water quality.

4)High efficiency: BEST-F (N) series air compressor use the pure water whcih has three functions sealed, cooling and lubrication ,the gas production of each unit horsepower is increased *0% than usual dry gas compressor.

• Cooling System : high efficiency water cooling system can ensure the highest BESTCOPCO compressed host only *0 ℃ temperature under operation.

• Water Filter: CMN precise water filters can make the host get pure lubricating water.

• Host : precise host can prolong the service life.
