With the previous experience, new biaxial burnt lime slaker is manufactured, its characteristics is following:

 

1. Dual axis mixing forms has multiple roles with shattered the agglomeration, mixed and cleaned itself

2. Alloy material stirring blade inside the machine is arranged in a spiral line according to the unequal pitch, makes the lime digestive process is divided into three stages: import, digestion and forced digestion, to ensure the lime fully digest.

3. The 2/3 circular cylinder is more conducive to digestion of quicklime than original U type tube. Differences between them are lime thrown into the air in different directions. The lime in the U type tube is being thrown to up towards, and fall back in place. And the 2/3 circular cylinder throws the quicklime to another shaft direction, collides with the opposite lime and scatters, expands the combination area with water, makes the lime assimilated more completely.

4. Drive shaft uses a split design, easy to assemble, disassemble and replace the blades.

5. The bearing seat adopts an open design, easy to repair and maintenance, Double-row radial spherical roller bearings is used, it adapts the field environment completely and with long using life.

6. Equipped with automatic dust removal system, Quicklime in the digestive process produces large amounts of steam, quicklime dust is discharged to outdoor along with the steam, which pollutes the environment, but also makes a lot of waste. In view of this phenomenon, our company specially developed dust removal system of the quicklime slaker, so that quicklime dust in the steam system can be recycled, which protect the environment and avoid waste.

 

By using our burnt lime slaker, *0% quicklime will be assured to assimilate completely, negative pressure of  the main wind pipe of sinter machine is decreased **0Kpa****0Kpa, productivity of sinter is increased 2%**0%.
