Twin screw barrel for extruder
The twin screw and barrel is one of our primary product ranges, including the counter-rotating parallel twin screw barrel, co-rotating parallel twin screw barrel and conical twin screw barrel.
We usually manufacture them with the base material of *8CrMoAlA and *0Cr. If you have a much higher requirement on the anti-abrasion and anti-corrosion, the material of SKD*1 and fully hardened powder are both available. Depending on the different process applications, different types of surface treatment are provided, such as nitriding, alloy sprayed, hard chrome plated, etc.
We are able to provide any parallel screws from ф*5mm to ф**0mm, conical screws from ф*5�ф*5 to ф*2�ф**8, with maximum length ***0mm and their correspondent barrels (cylinders).
