A bimetallic barrel is casted on the inwall with a **3mm alloy lay-out,which is wear-resisting、anti-corrosive and anti-high-temperature. Its effective life has been highly improved compare with normal nitriding barrel. The bimetallic barrel is with particular speriority in processing engineering plastics、fluorinated plastic、polysulfone、PPO and other special plastics.Bimetallic alloy and welding method shall be varified according to all kinds of functional screws.
