(TTO PROCEDURES)
 
Basic Procedure:
 
1.    Buyer signs contract and provides ATB format and Supercargo information including passport copy
2.    Buyer provide BCL or POF by email or SWIFT MT**9
3.    Seller prepare vessel and move vessel to Nigeria, Cotonou or Ghana waters
4.    MATB is issued
5.    Buyer inspector and supercargo board vessel and inspect the product
6.    Inspection report is sent to both buyer and seller
7.    Seller issue commercial invoice based on Buyer inspector Q&Q report.
8.    Buyer pays by MT**3 or MT**3 subject to title transfer and all documents.
9.    Buyer is introduced to vessel handler for re-charter.
*0.Buyer re-charters vessel and release payment.
*1.Vessel departs for buyers destination.
