Serum Tube
Plain tube without additive: Used
for collecting and storing blood specimen for biochemistry,
immunology, serology tests and drug monitoring in medical
inspection and applicable for all current mainstream biochemical
analyzers.
Plain Tube with Activator: It ID
coated with clot activator on the inner around of tubes. It is
used for collecting blood specimen for biochemistry, immunology,
serology, electrolyte tests, especially fast in blood
coagulation.
Clot Activator with Gel Tube
Application: It is coated with clot
activator and inside the tube a barrier Gel presented at the
bottom. It is used for clinical biochemistry, immunology,
serology, electrolyte tests. The obvious characteristics of SSGT
tube is used to obtain high quality plasma specimen for medical
laboratories.
Coagulation Tube
Application: It is filled with
buffered tri-sodium citrate solution and citrate concentrations
of either 0.**9mol/L (3.2%) or 0.**9mol/L (3.8%) are available.
The mixing ratio is 1part citrate solution to 9 parts blood. Used
for blood collection coagulation mechanism tests, it can provide
an excellent condition for the test of PT, APTT values.
EDTA Tube
Application: It is coated with
EDTAK2. It is widely used in clinical haematology and various
kinds of blood cell test instrument. Used for direct sampling and
analyzers without actually being opened
Glucose Tube
Application: It is coated with
sodium fluoride /potassium oxalate
at the tube bottom. Glucose tube as glycol sis in inhibitors is
to preserving glucose when combined with an anticoagulation such
as sodium EDTA or potassium oxalate. Sodium fluoride is effective
in preserving glucose for up to *8 hours. Used for collecting
blood specimen and anticoagulation for analysis such as blood
sugar, sugar water, sugar tolerance, lactic acid and anti-alkali
hemoglobin。
Heparin Tube
Sodium Heparin: It is coated with
Sodium Heparin. It is used for collecting blood specimen for
biochemistry tests and some test items in blood rheology. The
anticoagulant heparin activates anti-thrombin, thus blocking the
coagulation cascade and producing a whole blood/plasma sample
instead of clotted blood plus serum.
Lithium Heparin: It is coated with
lithium heparin on the interior of the tube wall to inhibit
clotting. The anticoagulant heparin activates anti-thrombin, thus
blocking the coagulation cascade and producing a whole
blood/plasma sample instead of clotted blood plus serum. It is
used for collecting blood specimen for biochemistry tests and
some test items in blood rheology.
ESR Tube
Application:It contains either 0.**9mol/L (3.2%) or 0.**9mol/L
(3.8%) sodium citrate. The
mixing ratio is 1 part citrate solution to 4 parts
blood. Used for the collection and transport of venous blood
for Erythrocyte and anticoagulation sedimentation rate
testing.
