*3 x *5mm tube ESR : ESR generally used for testing the concentration of sodium citrate, 3.2% and 3.8 % of the volume of anticoagulant and blood ratio of 1:4 , when the high proportion of anticoagulant , the blood is diluted , can ESR . Heparin anticoagulant potential of red blood cells can be changed , it is not suitable for the detection of erythrocyte sedimentation rate .
