Product use:

Even if the effect of oxygen heater well, there is still a sufficient supply of dissolved oxygen will corrode the boiler system. Even low levels of dissolved oxygen, high pressure (temperature) systems still have hazards. Dissolved oxygen can cause particularly severe pitting in the local area. Economizer and feedwater preheaters particularly susceptible to oxygen corrosion.

OC***4 is toxic organic oxygen scavenger, its reaction products are water and oxygen, nitrogen and carbon dioxide, will not produce inorganic solids in the boiler water, but also to promote the boiler system metal passivation.

Dosage:

This product is best added to the hot condensate wells, deaerator storage tank or water supply pipeline; this product requires dosing directly into the system to ensure that agents and water mix;OC***4 dissolving dosage according to the boiler feed water the oxygen content of the continuous dosing. Packaging and storage:
