Silos with different handling capacity manufactured and offered by the Corporation are module complexes and allow making technological correlation of any quantity of silos with handling capacity from **0 up to **0,**0 tons and more.

Silos of galvanized steel have a number of undeniable advantages and the principle of them are:

·       cost for steel silo is less by *0% than for reinforced concrete one and by *0% than cost for silo of precast concrete;

·       mounting of steel silos is greatly cheaper thanking to absence of necessity to use lifting machines and it is run faster;

·       bins are erected without welding, on bolts and therefore a silo could be dismounted;

·       during the usage of galvanized corrugated plate as compared with winding variant of ferrous metal steel intensity is decreased and galvanized bin does not need painting (repainting).

Silo roof is made up of radiated beam, roof cover board, tension ring, ventilator scoop, roof cap, etc.

The space age construction technology, which is adopted in the design of the silo framework, can ensure the stability of silo under the large span. There is a guardrail around

the silo eaves and there is also a manhole on top of the roof.

Operation Instruction:

Our bolted steel silo is used to store grain, seed, feed, cement, coal and other granular or powdered materials. Popular uses for our product include,  Temporary Transit, Raw Material, and Grain warehouses. Current applications of the Bolted Steel Silo is to  provide  efficient and affordable storage solutions for grain warehousing, alcohol plant, flourmill, oil mill, starch factory, feed mill, malt factory, distilleries, seaport, farm, and grain-processing centers, etc.
