JV Terms:
Oil used by buyer in its own refinery additional $2.*0 paid to JV Partner (JV Partner is not VPFI, we are the business broker)
Oil sold/traded by buyer - gross profit split *0% to trader; *0% to JV partner.
After first few months, can increase to a second shipment per month.
