acceptable to any buyer.
Our Procedures includes the following:
1. Seller sends SPA to the Buyer.
2. Buyer signs SPA and returns it to the Seller.
3. Upon confirmation of the signed SPA by the Seller, Seller sends
POP (ATS, EXPORT LICENSE)
4. Upon confirmation of the POP by the Buyer and the Buyer releases
the BCL from any *5 top Banks from the World excluding Nigerian
Banks.
