Product Description

This is a low cost series of ceiling tiles. Tiles are only available in the lay-in type. Standard sizes range from **0 x **0 mm (or *2" x *2") to **0 x **0 (or 2' x 2'). Other sizes are available.

Density of base fiberglass boards are significantly lower than those found in other products. Typically, it ranges from *4 kg/m3to *0 kg/m3. Edges are exposed original base boards without any sealant and coating. The front side is covered with glass tissue, then primed and painted. The back surface is covered with glass tissue.

This series is primarily design for low budge projects such as storage space. Many of the advantage of fiberglass products are still present in these tiles, such as light weight, anti-backteria and mold, thermal resistant and acoustic.

VOC, Formaldehyde Emission Formaldehyde content: < 1.5 (mg/L). Insulation Value R Factor 4.0 Btu or 0.7 Watts Anti-mold/mildew and bacteria Fiberglass substrate is inherently resistant to the growth of bacteria, mold and mildew. Cleaning Use wet cloth to gently wipe surface. Mild detergents may be used. Fine grain sand paper may be used to scrubb off some shallow stain marks. Weight 1.7 kg/m2 or 0.*2 lb/ft2
