Product Description

Manufacture:

In Shaoxing, Zhejaing, China

Wood Species:

All main structures using Kiln Dried birch solid wood to have moisture under 8%, premium grade, free of visual and structural defects.

Veneer:

Different Veneers based on customer request, normally Cherry, Birch, Maple, etc.

Gluing, Fastening and Framing:

All assembly joint using doweled and glued (grade A) and all processing using machine to ensure structural strength and integrity.

All wood screw cleats and corner blocks are use screw and glued in both directions.

Top Construction:

Using solid wood at four sides perimeter (3/4”H x 1/2”W) and ¾” thick MDF then on the top of that is laminate HPL by Wilsonart, Formica or Rexin.

The joints between solid wood at perimeter and MDF using doweled and glued.

All MDF used is more than *5 Lb density.

All Tops are 4 ply structure, Laminte + veneer + MDF + veneer to secure to avoid distortion of the tops.

End Panel Construction:

All end panels MDF with Solid wood or Veneer edge banding.

Drawer Front Construction:

Using MDF ¾” thick and more than *5 Lb density with Veneer at all sides.

Drawer Box Construction:

All four sides of drawers box using plywood with veneer and finished.

All joints using Dove Tailed structure.

Bottom of drawer using plywood and grooved, glued and stapled to four sides of drawers box.  Using drawers glide capacity *5 Lb.

Door Fronts:

Using MDF with Veneer at Front and Back sides also at the top and bottom sides and  with **3/4” solid wood on two vertical sides and using Contract Quality hinges.

Back Panel:

All back on Night Stand, TV Chest and TV Chest with Refrigerator panels recessed **3/4” for cord maintenance.

Recessed back panel are grooved into end panels, screwed and stapled into place.

All back panels using plywood and finished.

Finishing:

All exposed surfaces are to be first sanded, sealed and lacquered for time long protection.
Finishing is using conventional finishing mechanical line.

All finishing materials using PU finish in highest grade.
