Product Description

Burek Burek is a traditional filo pastry made out of four layers fresh homemade dough and *5% filling between the first two layers and between the second two layers. The layers are exceptionally thin as a result of hand made process of rolling out the dough. It is impossible to produce this product with any kind of technical equipment . It is impossible to produce this product with any kind of technical equipment except your own hands,  otherwise the dough will brake! Yes the dough its self is made by Mixer Dough but the rolling out process and forming of the dough is handmade which gives this product special uniqueness and lots of effort. After the ***0 gr. has been made, the baking process begins (in this process the product shrinks for **0 g.). Subsequently the filo pastry is being cut in 4 even shapes, where every ¼ weighs **5 gr. Then each part is immediately frozen at - *0˚C. Each quarter is separately packed in a аluminum foil *0 microns marked with our brand World Wide Bakery. Then 1/4 of the pastry, immediately frozen and separately packed are placed in a carton box as a **5 gr. product.
The Burek is baked and frozen product with an expiration period of *2 months if kept at **8˚C as marked on the package or with a shorter expiration period if the storage temperature is higher then the one indicated. It takes 5 minutes to prepare in a microwave oven at **0W or *5 minutes in the oven at **0˚C.
