Scope of warranty:

If no specific instructions, the warranty scope of BUSIN POS products includes all hardware components of the original configuration. The following parts are not included in warranty scope: free parts, pre-installed software, instruction manual and warranty card.

Warranty period: 

14 months after delivery, the date depends on the packing list.Within the warranty period, we will offer free repair or replacement service. (For the products beyond the warranty period, BUSIN provides stipendiary service according to the situation of maintenance).

1. What is your MOQ?

A: Our MOQ is 5pcs. But 1pc could be accepted for trial order.

2. After buying the POS system, how do I install the bar code scanner?

A: There are 2 methods of installing the bar code scanner.

One is to install the scanner on the port between the keyboard and the mainframe.

The other is to install the scanner on the external keyboard wedge of the programmable keyboard.

3. Do you offer other relevant items?

A: Yes, we do. We are offering POS monitor, thermal receipt printer, magnetic card reader, programmable mechanical keyboard and cash drawer.
