C-cores

Product Description

The cores are wound from Grain Oriented silicon steel strip and are annealed in high vacuum furnace under protection atmosphere. The impregnation is done in vacuum impregnating equipment, low-stress and high-viscosity resin is being used. Fine polishing process of cutting surface ensures very good performance of the cores, having low core loss and high saturation.We produce 'non standard' cores to customers' specifications.
Applications:
Power transformer, current transducer, instrument transformer, inductor, chokes, ballast, voltage stabilizer and regulator, welding transformer, special transformer etc.

Material:It is made of  0.*5mm,0.*8mm,0.1mm,0.2mm,0.*3mm,0.*7mm,0.3mm,0.*5mm cold rolled grain-oriented silicon steel with low iron loss and high permeability. 

 Characteristic:The two halves put together formed a closed flux path for open structure .Therefore, coils and cores can be manufactured separately, afterward put the coils in the cores, thus the production time can be shortened.

 Application: A variety of C cores are widely used in *0Hz,**0Hz transformers ,mutual inductors, reactors, chokes and other electromagnetic components.
