1. Copper cable lug
Model:JGK,JGY,JGB,JGA,TM,DT
Material:E-Cu
Surface Treatment:J series and TM finish with Tin.
Product property:These products are used to connect the copper conductor end.JGK,JGY,JGB series have a viewing window to check the conductor location.TM has a narrow palm for smaller contact area.


 

2. DIN copper cable lug
Model:AUS
Material:E-Cu
Surface Treatment:Tin-plated mini 8 microns
Product property:AUS is used to connect the copper conductor end.Application up to *3kv.It is accordance with DIN****5 with markings for correct crimping.

3. Aluminium cable lug
Model:DL,AUL
Material:Al**9.5%
Surface Treatment:DL has a bright surface treatment.AUL finishes with *5um Tin.
Product property:DL is used to connect the aluminium conductor end.AUL is a bolted type aluminium lug.It can be easily installed by a spanner rather than a hydaulic tool.

4. DIN aluminium cable lug

Material:Al**9.5%
Surface Treatment:Tin-plated mini *5 microns
Product property:AU is used to connect aluminium conductor end.Its barrel capped is filled with joint compound to avoid oxidization.It is accordance with DIN ****9.

6. DIN bimetal cable lug
Model:ATL
Material:Al**9.5%,E-Cu
Surface Treatment:Bright
Product property:ATL is used to screwing non-tension aluminium connections using copper washers.It is accordance with DIN ****9 and has markings for correct crimping.

5. Bimetal cable lug
Model:DTL,CAL-A,CAL-BS,DTLL
Material:Al**9.5%,E-Cu
Surface Treatment:Bright
Product property:Due to the coupling effect when aluminium comes in contact with copper,corrosion will happen in a short time.Currently the best solution is to used Aluminium-copper bimetal connectors.The berrels capped are filled with joint compound to avoid oxidization.CAL-A has a round palm and CAL-BS has a square palm.DTLL is a bolted bimetal lug.It can be easily installed by a spanner rather than a hydraulic tool.
