~~Caferros has been one of the top five largest Fincas in Colombia since the ***0s. Our family owned farm consists of *3 lots with a total of **5,**0 coffee trees on *2 hectares (**8 acres) of rich Colombian soil with capabilities of micro-lotting. Micro-lotting is the process of dividing lots into multiple sections, and using different organic growing methods in order to produce a coffee that can reach a cupping score of *5+. This sets our coffee at a higher quality than the standard exportable grades. All of which can cultivate a variety of different flavors.

We are members of the SCAA (Specialty Coffee Association of America). Caferros uses and respects the cupping and grading standards of the SCAA. We Offer premium quality Colombian Coffee that has been grown at an elevation of 4,**2 feet above sea level which creates our unique rich taste. Our beans are produced in Medelln, Colombia in the Antioquia region. We have access to multiple co-op farms located in the same regions which allows us to distribute the green coffee demand required.

Our coffee is roasted by German PROBAT roasting machines, which are award winning and the finest roasters in the Coffee Industry. We are currently in the process of expanding our roasting facilities here in the state of Texas. Our goal for our professional roasting team is that we have the capability of meeting any roasted demand necessary.

 Caferros is registered through Rain Forest alliance, Go Texas Certified, Free Trade Alliance, and we are in the process of becoming USDA organic certified. Currently, our Administrative office resides in Austin Texas. Our warehouse and roasting facility is based out of San Antonio, Texas. Our production facilities can currently supply up to 5 containers monthly and offers coffee in whole bean form, ground form, and flavored coffee.

We are in the process of creating new products for health, beauty and nutritional departments. Additionally, we are creating and developing a variety of products; from our Green Thumb Cold Brew Beverage, Coffee infused soaps and gel scrubs.
