Calorized Lancing Pipe: It lasts 8 to *0 times longer than mild steel lances and is used not only for the meltin and refining of steel by blowing oxygen gas, but us aslo used for the injection of Carbon, Lime and other additives. The calorized layer and the refractory coating layer together generate the strong hat resistance and anti- oxidation to achieve minimum consumption of lance pipe to cut down your cost.

Uses:

1. Injection of Carbon, Lime Powder and other additives for adjusting grades of Carbon Steel or Special Steel (very effective for blowing oxygen)
2. Removing Slag inside Oxygen Converter.
3. Other uses which require strong resistance against heat oxidation, sulfuration, vanadium attack, etc. (can withstand a heat temperature of upto ***0 Degress C.)

Example: If your monthly consumption is minimum 2 MT of MS Pipes that leads to *4 MT annually. Our Calorized pipe gives a performance of minimum of times compared to MS Pipes (the performance is even *0 times at many cases). So, if you use our pipe, your annual requirement will come down to only 3 MT approximately.
