1.What is your MOQ ?
Usually our MOQ is *0pcs. But we accept lower quantity for your trial order. Please feel free to tell us how many pieces you need, we will calculate the cost correspondingly, hoping you can place large orders after checking quality of our products and know our service.
 
2.Can I get samples?
Sure. We usually provide existing sample for checking quality. But a little sample charge for custom designs. Sample charge is refundable when order is up to certain quantity.
We usually send samples by FEDEX,UPS,TNT or DHL. If you have carrier account, it will be fine to ship with your account, if not, you can pay the freight charge to our account, we will ship with our account. It takes about **4 days to reach you, subject where you are.
 
3.How long is the sample lead time?
For existing samples, it takes 3 days. 
 
4.How long is the production lead time?
It takes ****5 days for MOQ. We have large production capacity, which can ensure fast delivery time even for large quantity.
 
5.What format of the file do you need if I want my own design?
We have our own designer. So you can provide JPG, AI,cdr or PDF, etc. We will draw artwork for mold or printing screen for your final confirmation based on technique. 
For large quantity, we suggest to deliver by sea. Trade terms can be FOB Shanghai or CIF your port, in some countries, our forwarder can dispatch the goods to your door, which is more convenient for you.
 
6.How many colors are available?
You can just tell us the pantone color code you need. We will match the colors. If it is a urgent order, we will recommend some popular colors to you.
 
7.What is your payment terms?
L/C,T/T,Western Union,*0% deposit,Balance T/T before shipment or B/L copy at sight
