The Leopard end mill series which is our most advanced product with the high-quality coating of TiSiN (SI) facilitates the high-speed cutting remarkably. This series is created for machining material with an HRC rating of between ****5, in order to meet the demands of high-hardness materials machining efficiently and accurately. The Leopard series mainly consists of three groups: End Mills, Ball Nose End Mills, and Corner Radius End Mills.
The carbide end mill is sharpened with sharp cutting edges. A variety of flute numbers in 2 flutes, 3 flutes, 4 flutes, and 6 flutes for this cutter will provide different performances to meet the customer's requirements. Ball nose end mill constructed of a round cutting edge. Its design allows for plenty of chip evacuation which makes them most effective in contouring deep pockets in molds and dies. The corner radius end mill is shaped with a small radius at the corner edges to strengthen the corner radius for extending tool life and machining efficiently.
