Standard items: - Diameter: *2.7mm, *3.2mm, *9.0mm, *0.0mm; - Thickness: 1.6mm, 2.0mm, 3.2mm.   - Non-standard types can be cutted on the request of customers. CBN (Cubic Boron Nitride), the 2ND hardest polycrystalline materials. Combining the strength of hardness, thermal stability, thermal conductivity, and strong impact resistance ability characteristic of CBN, they are the ideal choose of cutting tools for the machining of ferrous series materials - Gray cast iron, High speed steel, Bearing steel, etc. The CBN tools takes higher productive efficiency, higher machining precision, and better surface quality than Carbide tools. 

CBN blanks (Tungsten carbide supported) are comprised of a polycrystalline layer of CBN with a tungsten carbide substrate bonded together as an integral blank by ultra high pressure and temperature process.
