Product Description

 Copper Clad Aluminium Busbar is a new material used for substituting copper busbar. Owning to excellent electronic conductivity and tensile strength, this busbar generally reduce the conductor material cost. adopts the most advanced continuous casting, continuous rolling which make the copper layer and aluminium layer combining each other firmly and permanently. It is widely used in the electrical equipments such as bus way, high-low switchgear cabinet, wind power conductive rail, converter, box-type substation, communication power supply cabinet and other relevant application field.

 
Copper clad aluminium busbar consists of a solid core of electrical grade aluminium with a pressure bonded outer layer of high conductivity copper. This compound has both advantages of better conductivity of copper and lower density of aluminium. It can reduce cost by up to *0% compared with a copper bar of equal dimensions. It offers economical solution and weight saving advantages over solid copper, while retaining the surface properties of a copper busbar.
