End-Buyer issues LOI on Letterhead with permission for soft probe or a banking comfort letter. LOI should be addressed to M/S Pacific Shipping Logistics. 3. We offer firm price along with full specifications; test certificates; previous history; BIS/UAE Registration etc. 4. Buyer accepts offer. 5. Factory directly issues proforma invoice to buyer. 6. Buyer opens Irrevocable Confirmed Letter of Credit at sight in favor of the specified factory. 6a. In case of shipments smaller than ***0MT payment will be in advance directly to the factory. 7. Shipment Commences. Please NOTE that we offer FOB basis ONLY direct at factory prices. Buyer arranges shipping/insurance/inspection. We may at buyers request arrange the aforementioned services. Kindly note that it is buyer's responsibility to ensure that they are in compliance with the requirements of the importing country. Each container has *5 MT cement or **0, *0 Kg Bags. For shipments larger than *2, **0 MT it is suggest that buyer should charter a vessel. We can also offer cement from countries besides Pakistan. We will need your LOI + BCL for quote. LOI should be on end-buyer's letterhead with target price.
