Product Description

Frame is made by excellent hot galvanized sheet(zinc thickness is **5g/㎡). Which has a longer lifespan and strong anti-oxidation. Frame can be made of **4 or **0 stainless steel.
Use push-pull opening system to completely open and close shutters, minimize the wind resistance and greatly improve the operating efficiency; with extended cone design to guarantee that it can achieve high wind pressure, low energy consumption and big air flow in tunnel ventilation condition.
Shutter fixed clips are made of high quality nylon which ensure long service life and flexible opening; Shutters are made of thickened hot dip galvanized sheet , good sealing, no deformation, high strength; Thickness of the assistant shutter is 0.8mm; Thickness of the opening shutter is 1.5mm.
Fan blade is special designed for the biggest efficiency which made of Krupp stainless steel by punch forming. Large air volume, no deformation, no broken, no dust, attractive and durable.
Belt pulley is made of die-casting aluminum-magnesium alloy with high strength which is light and corrosion-resistant and reduces the weight of blades; the surface is treated by sand blasting to improve the appearance, eliminating internal stress, greatly improving their own rigidity and ensuring they will never break;
For motors, our customers can choose Chinese famous motors, Siemens motors and ABB motors; Motor voltage,frequency and phase can be customized. Motor protection class is IP*5, Insulation class is F.
