Ceramic fiber could be used for heat insulating because of its air porosity of *0% inside it. Based on its ***0C classified temperature, the ceramic fiber is an ideal substitutes for asbestos product used for thermal insulation and heat protection. It doesnt burn, rot, mildew, deteriorate, resist most acids and has low thermal expansion.
Tianjin Tuolin Technology Ceramic fiber cloth is a woven fabric made of type ***0C ceramic fiber yarns. The ceramic fiber cloth contains about *5~*8% binder materials which should be added when spinning the ceramic fiber yarn. And the stainless steel wire and the fiberglass filament inside could keep the ceramic fiber cloth high temperature performance when it is used.
