1. Fully dried Scien Ceramic Roller before insert into the kiln, put it on top of kiln or against the kiln at least *2 hours.
2. It’s better to insert *0 – *0mm length refractory fiber into rollers.
3. Sprinkle protective materials on surface of Scien Roller to reduce erosion of chemical.
4. Do not beating, impacting or any other ways which will cause break while clean rollers periodically.
5. Carry out roller as quick as possible at decreased kiln temperature *******0C, especially need to avoid part emergency cooling and cause damage.
6. Use refractory fiber wrap the roller to make it cool down, roller can’t touch ground, metal or  any other cool objects, quickly rotate the roller before it’s cool down.
7. Inspect roller straightness and diameter during each cleaning works.
