Impact/Abrasive Resistant Wear Liners

CNER impact wear liners produced by Cner Advanced Materials Co.,Ltd, are specifically

designed to offer maximum impact resistance for Iron Ore mining and other hard rock

applications. These liners suitably compliment the CNER durable product line by increasing 

the ability to handle impact intensive environments whilst still maintaining a high abrasion 

resistant performance.

These rubber ceramic wear liners offer: 

♦ Superior wear life and impact resistance, when compared to other metallic products 

   such as Nihard or Chromium Carbide weld overlay

♦ Low cost per tonne benefit calculation due to improved wear characteristics

♦ Reduced frequency of maintenance shutdowns required, giving increased uptime

♦ Unique diamond shaped ceramic tile design increases impact resistance and avoids 

   wash along the length of the liner

♦ Easy installation, with modular layout comprising of standard sizes and studs welded to

   a 6mm steel backing plate

♦ Resilience of rubber compound provides effective impact properties

♦ Steel backing plate provides rigidity for easy replacement

♦ Ceramic rubber composite liners provide noise reduction over metallic liners

CNER liners are particularly suitable for many applications within bulk material handling equipment including:

CNER impact rubber ceramic composite liners are comprised of *2% Alumina Ceramic,

diamond shape interlocking tiles, moulded in a high tensile strength natural rubber matrix, 

and mounted on 6mm steel backing plates. All materials are manufactured in accordance 

with ISO ***0 quality.

 CNER impact

All rubber ceramic liners are hot vulcanised bonded using specialised equipment, providing 

a bond strength that exceeds the tensile strength of the natural rubber matrix. As a result 

the ceramics will remain in the rubber matrix for the complete ceramic thickness,offering

consistent wear protection across the entire life of the liner.  

 

CNER liners are nominally *3mm thick, including a *0mm diamond shaped ceramic tile. 

 Other sizes and special shapes are available upon request. CNER can also supply liners 

 with a standard *0mm AR Bar all round for additional impact resitance.
