Width: We can produce Chain link fence with maximum width 5meter. Length is no limit, but *0meter to *0meter is the common size.

Standard chain link temporary fence Specification:

2.5mm diameter, 2"x2" Opening Mesh ( 5cm x 5cm ), with Roll size 1m x *0m, Hot-dipped Galvanized.

Usage of chain link temporary fence: Chain link fence is extensively used as fence for playground and gardens, super highway, railway, airport, residence etc. Also can be used for breeding of animals

Manufacture Process:

1. Drawe the wire rod to the appropriate diameter

2. Surface finish: Make the wire to the PVC coated wire or Galvanized wire

3. Woven Wire Mesh ( bend the wires and then link them together )

4. The treatment way of the edge. One type is the hem, the other type is the twisted one. Using special tool to make the edge hem or twisted one. The hem one is more popular compared with the twisted ones. Link the picture shown, it is the hem edge.

5. Contract the Roll diameter: Using the advanced machine to make the Roll diameter to the smallest one, in order to save transporation cost by saving volume.

6. Packing: Wrapped up two edges of the Roll with woven plastic bag.
