Smokeless Basket Carbonization Furnace could heat briquettes or raw materials in furnace without oxygen to exhaust fuel gas, tar and charcoal etc. It uses movable steel plates structure and use upper gas exhaustion pipe, tar separation setting and induced draught fan to recycle the fuel gas and get additional production like tar or pyroligneous. This furnace has special structure, larger volume, better carbonization technology, shorter producing term, higher capacity, better environment protection, longer working life etc.



This smokeless basket carbonization furnace is also named quick carbonization furnace, each furnace has three inner tank which could be replaced using means *4hours continuous working, Skytar also could produce two or three or more furnace connection line which increase much efficiency and capacity.



One tank carbonization will need **8hours and once finished we could take tank out for cooling then put another tank inside for continuous producing charcoal. Skytar could design new furnace based on your requirement and provide air lift(electric hoist) for you if necessary.
