Chicken Feet Paws

Grade A Processed/Unprocessed chicken feet/paws through assembly line.

 

We at De Bolonia Ltd follow all hygiene and cold chain processes as per International quality standards. We not only Posses Chicken feet processing facility but also Cold Storage as well as Temprature controlled vehicles to give premium quality end product to our customers. Any visits or inspections can be arranged through SGS or Private inspectors to ensure quality standards and Product specifications as per customer requirments.

 

Chicken feet specifications are as follows:

 

1. Processed/UnProcessed Chicken Feet of Grade A Quality 

2. Weight b/w *0g**5g or above (variance less than 5% of any feet below *0g) 

3. Washed & Cleaned 

4. Without broken bones or nails (variance less than 1%)

5. White skin (outer yellow skin off- Processed paws only)

6. Moisture content less than 2%

7. No bad smells

8. Black spots less than 1% 

9. No excessive blood (Processed Chicken feet)

*0. Blast freeze up-to **0C

*1. Packed in *0kg/*0kg cartons or as per customer requirements. 

*2. Trasport in temperature controlled vehicles.

Please note Unprocessed chicken feet will be all processed except de-skinning and will have Black Spots removed.
