After the entrance control the raw material is conditioned stored. The raw materials are (to obtain a correct end quality) mixed and after that stripped of bones by using a separator. After that the meat is packed into foil, labelled and put into crates. The filled crates are stacked on a pallet and brought to a freeze bunker as soon as possible to obtain a core temperature of maximum - *8 ºC as quick as possible. When the correct temperature is reached the crates are emptied and the frozen product is stacked on a pallet. The pallet is wrapped in upper- and under foil and is foiled after that completely. Finally, the pallets are labelled and stored and/or transported under conditioned circumstances.
