Our inspection will offer you exact , details reports and photoes about the products you required , you can know the grades and type of raw materials ,process methonds , and sinificant points will  be advised to the factory management well , our long years experienced inspectors team will check each order during production process and before shipment . Then you can know the productions and good quality well and decide the delivery but without going to factory personally .  It will save your time and money .

An inspection report in uniform format will then be provided to our customers .
Based only on the inspection report a decision in rendered whether shipment is allowed or will need further reprocessing and inspection .

Our inspection perform the following duties :

1: Inspect plywood panels , veneer sheets, panel boards and similar wood products visually for knots , holes , splits , over laps , gaps,  color difference ,straightness , and other defects , like open glue , and sort for further drying , select grades .
2: Measure wood products to ensure conformance to the specification using measuring instruments ,gauges ,and tape measure to ensure specified thickness , length and width, moisture content , core layers etc .
3: Inspect and guarantee the whole process of production as required .
4: Prepare and complete inspection and grading reports for every shipment .
