What products are exempt from CCC?

1. Those who meet the following conditions do not need to apply for mandatory product certification.

1.Articles for the personal use of foreign embassies, consulates and offices of international organizations in China and their diplomatic staff;

2. Articles for the personal use of the official offices of the governments of Hong Kong and Macao in the Mainland and their staff;

3. Articles for personal use brought in by entry personnel from outside China;

4. Inter-governmental assistance or gifts.

Products in the Catalog that meet the above conditions do not need to apply for mandatory product certification certificate, nor do they need to add China mandatory product certification mark.

2. Those who meet the following conditions may be exempted from compulsory product certification.

1. Products required for scientific research and testing;

2. Introduce parts and components required by production line for assessment technology;

3. Products required directly for end-user repair purposes;

4. Equipment/parts required by the factory production line/complete production line (excluding office supplies);

5. Products intended for commercial display only, but not for sale;

6. Products to be returned after temporary import (including exhibition items);

7. Parts and components imported by general trade for the purpose of exporting the whole machine;

8. Parts and components imported by incoming or incoming processing for the purpose of exporting the whole machine.

For the products in the Catalogue that meet the above conditions, the manufacturers, importers, sellers or their agents may apply to the relevant quality inspection institutions and submit the relevant applications, certification materials, liability guarantee, product conformance statement (including type test report) and other materials to prove that they meet the exemption conditions. After obtaining the Certificate of Exemption from Compulsory Product Certification, Only after leaving the factory can it be used for sale, import or commercial activities.

3. Any product listed in the Catalogue under any of the following circumstances shall be punished in accordance with the Regulations of the People's Republic of China on Certification and Accreditation and supporting Regulations.

1. Those who do not meet the conditions of this announcement but leave the factory for sale, import or use in business activities on the pretext that they do not need to go through compulsory product certification;

2. Those who meet the conditions of this announcement but have not obtained the Certificate of Exemption from Compulsory Product Certification without permission leave the factory for sale, import or use in business activities;

3. Fabricating false materials to obtain the Certificate of Exemption from Compulsory Product Certification;

4. After obtaining the Certificate of Exemption from Compulsory Product Certification, they do not use the product for the original purpose of application.
